The IAF has at all times made steady efforts by encouraging and inspiring the adventurous actions there. Motivating younger Air Warriors to undertake environmental and journey actions.
The Indian Air Drive celebrated its 88thTh Anniversary on 08 October 2020. To commemorate the occasion, the IAF has set a brand new file for the best skydive touchdown on Khardungla Go in Leh, at a peak of 17982 ft. Wing Commander Gajanad Yadava and Warrant Officer A.Ok. Tiwari made a profitable skydiving bounce from the C-130J and landed at Khardungla Go, Leh on 08 October. Getting down at such a peak is extraordinarily difficult as there’s a low oxygen degree with low air density. Air Warriors have proven nice professionalism, grit and imaginative and prescient in figuring out the success of the group and in setting the brand new IIF file.
This distinctive achievement once more demonstrates the flexibility to scale new heights regardless of the challenges of the IAF and is dedicated to our motto of mission, integrity and excellence.
